Taster Classes


Thinking of joining one of our belly dance courses but want to try a class before you sign up? Or, maybe you have always wanted to give belly dance a whirl!

Join us for this introductory belly dance class and learn some key movements and isolations used in Middle Eastern dance. The class is suitable for total beginners and no prior dance experience is required. Bare tummies are not essential!


What to wear:

  • Comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely such as leggings or jogging bottoms and a vest or t-shirt. You can also wear a scarf around your hips to help highlight your movements but this is not essential.
  • socks or soft dance shoes such as ballet shoes, or bare feet

What to bring with you:

  • Water to keep yourself hydrated
  • notebook and pen in case you want to take notes
