Health and Safety
By booking a place on a course, taster class or workshop, you are confirming that you are able to take part in classes safely
- If you have an existing health condition or injury, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or have any concerns about whether it is safe for you to take part, you are advised to seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
- If you sustain an injury, or develop a medical condition or other health concern that may affect your ability to participate safely, please make Louise aware of this before the class begins.
- Please note that Louise is not medically qualified and cannot provide medical advice.
Female-Only Classes
- Our classes are provided as a female-only service. This is to protect participants’ privacy and dignity and to enable women who, for personal, cultural or religious reasons, would otherwise be unable to participate fully in a class where males are present.
Bookings and Cancellations
- Please ensure that you are able to attend before making a booking. All bookings are final and non-refundable if you choose to cancel your place. Refunds may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
- Payment for your place must be received in full to secure your place.
- Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
- In the event that an individual class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund for the cancelled class or the option of transferring credit to the next term.
Age Requirements
- Classes are suitable for participants aged 16 and over. Participants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian to attend.
Photo/videography
- From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during classes. Participants will always be asked before any photos or videos are taken and anyone who does not wish to be photographed or filmed will be given the opportunity to sit out.
- Photos or videos may be shared privately with class participants for learning or practice purposes. If photos or videos are intended to be used for publicity or social media, participants will be made aware of this before they are taken.
- Participants must not take photos or videos of the instructor or other participants during classes unless permission has been given.
